**ATTENTION FPU CUSTOMERS:**

**Restoration Progress Nears Completion**

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our crews and utility partners, we have restored power to more than 6,000 additional customers since our last update. Our teams worked through the night to safely complete repairs and testing at the substation serving the majority of affected customers. With less than 1% of customers without power, we are in the final stages of restoration and remain committed to restoring service to every customer as safely and quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience throughout the restoration process. For the small number of customers still without power, please know our crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to restore service.

If nearby power is restored but yours remains out, report it again at fpuc.com/customer-care/report-an-electric-outage/ or 800-427-7712. Have flooded or damaged electrical equipment inspected before use. Continue to avoid downed lines, floodwater and damaged equipment.

The forecasted path of the storm suggests portions of our FPU service territory may be impacted.

We are prepared to respond to any potential service interruptions that may result from heavy rain and high wind. Our restoration plan calls for a priority focus on critical community infrastructure, such as public health and safety organizations. Damage assessment and restoration efforts will begin when conditions are safe to do so.

**AUTO DIALER MESSAGE FOR DISABLED CUSTOMERS**

This is an important message from Florida Public Utilities.  We continue to monitor the severe weather that may impact our service territory.

It is important that customers who use critical medical equipment take necessary steps to prepare for the storm, have appropriate back-up battery support in the event of potential outages.

It may be necessary to seek shelter or medical attention.

If you or a member of your family is disabled and may need assistance during storm evacuation, you must call your Emergency Management Agency (EMA) office. A list of EMA offices can be found here: [https://www.floridadisaster.org/sert1/emergency-support-functions/](https://www.floridadisaster.org/sert1/emergency-support-functions/)
